If you plant and replant the tiers at different times, you'll always have fresh veggies for dinner. The smallest can be placed on a shelf in the kitchen. The biggest is suitable for the floor. You can grow plants on all 3 tiers, or maybe use one of them to store seeds, fertilizer or other items.
